I’m so pissed at myself.  Tonight sucked, and I pumped myself up for this workout all day.  Oh well - it happens. 

This was my workout:

Run 1 mile

50 kettle ball swings

Run 1 mile

50 kettle ball swings

Run 1 mile

It would have been awesome if I could have run ONE of the miles.  When I came in bitching and moaning about how mad I was, my trainer immediately said “you walk too much.”  You are correct, my friend.  WTF?  This is my 4th week with Crossfit - I guess I expected to be much more improved stamina-wise than I am.  I guess I should just be thankful that I am having fun.
